Common Europe stands for a common job market. The free flow of people and services makes it easier for an increasing number of people to seek employment abroad. In times of globalization, the processes taking place within the labour market are no longer a local but an international issue. High demand for qualified workforce at a diminishing human resource base is a problem, the impact of which is felt throughout Europe. Combined with variations in the specifics of local education systems, and the resulting difficulties in producing certain groups of professionals, we have a situation in which the demand for workforce is well in excess of supply. It is therefore necessary to look for flexible approaches. Effective and rationalized HR management is a difficult and costly enterprise. The economic factors and various correlated limitations have made many businesses reach for specialized recruitment agencies as part of their standard procedures. HR consultancies are increasingly perceived by their clients not only as recruitment experts but also high class job market specialists. Businesses taking advantage of recruitment agencies expect not only specialist analyses and diagnoses of the current trends on the job market but also specific research with regards to its short and long term fluctuations.

It is the aim of the Forum to create a cooperative platform for recruitment sector specialists from Poland and abroad to provide for the exchange of experience and discussion of a variety of probable future trends in the European job market. The platform is to be understood as a forum for establishing a permanent and effective cooperation network, aimed at specific targets, and the transfer of knowledge and experience between the partner countries, which would energize the sector and push it towards defining problems and solving them in the context of a diversity of experiences.
