organization interviews
To save employers the legwork of wading through endless applicants, we take it upon ourselves to do the preliminary interviews. Once this step is complete, we organize interviews for you to select from a group of carefully and professionally selected individuals. This interview usually takes place in our office in Krakow, where six modern and fully equipped boardrooms are at your disposal. In addition, there is also the possibility to arrange interviews by phone or to organize a videoconference with selected candidates if required.

documents translation
Complications can always occur when dealing with official documents in foreign languages and to avoid misunderstandings we organize all translation services (including sworn translation) of all documents delivered by candidates. Our translators on staff provide all parties concerned with reliably translated materials and while doing so simplify one of the most daunting aspects of foreign recruitment.

travel arrangements
We are dedicated to make the recruitment process as efficient and successful as possible for both you and the candidates involved. To guarantee that the selected employee will start his or her job punctually we provide them with all the necessary travel arrangements. Due to our agreements with a variety of airlines and travel agencies, not only we are able to organize a transport from Poland to any given country, but also provide transportation from the airport to the place of employment. Having done this, the recruitment process comes to a smooth conclusion.
